John asked:

I’m on a vacation in Miami, and I want to rent a motorcycle.

Do you have to have a certain license or be a certain age to do so?
How do you obtain the M license designation as an out-of-state resident?

You will HAVE to have a motorcycle endorsement on your license and most likey be 21, most rentals of any vehicle require you to be 21, and have a major credit card. You shouldn’t have to have a Florida endorsement, as long as you have it on your drivers’ license, most rental places realize that the majority of rentals are from out-of-state.
