How to bus from Miami Beach to Port of Miami?

I am staying at a hotel in Miami Beach along the C Bus line, and i need to get to Port of Miami for a cruise. Whats the easiest/fastest transfer from the C line to the seaport connection to Port of Miami? and how long approx. will it take? thanks a bunch!

Route 243 — Seaport connection — loops around downtown & to the port along 5th St. The best places to pick it up are at Government Center or the stop nearest Bayside Marketplace on Biscayne Blvd. I’d take the C Bus to Bayside & look at the route map at that stop for the 243. If it doesn’t stop there it will have a stop nearby.
