unless ur richhhhh hahaha miami thats a good one the answer is if ur rich yea and rent it out other than that if ur on a fixed income or lower than $65,000 a year….unless u move to the gethho!

Depends of course on neighborhhood. I don’t think you’ll find anything under 200k even in the cheapest neighborhood, tho’ you might find a distress situation.
